Resolution on Class Solidarity in Support of the Maoist Community Party in the French State
IV. Meeting of Marxist-Leninist-Maoist Parties and Organizations of Europe
Forward in the determined mass protests in the French state!
Reconstruct the Communist Party in the midst of the class struggle’s storm!
Marxism comprises many principles, but in the final analysis they can all be brought back to a single sentence: it is right to rebel.Chairman Mao Zedong
The proletariat’s and the masses’ protracted, stormy protests in the French state are in an exceptional manner witnesses to these strong words of Chairman Mao Zedong. As a powerful inspiration for all of Europe’s oppressed and exploited, the masses with plenty of vigor and strength show that revolution is the primary current in the era we live in today, and the imperialists are increasingly forced to respond to this current. The old Europe, especially the French state as one of the oldest bourgeois nations and one of the most important imperialists, where the bourgeoisie portrays itself as being in a stage of relative inner stability, is again today facing even greater class conflicts. Struggles that clearly bring imperialism’s deep crisis up to the surface and which intensify these crises to the extreme. More and more, the imperialists are forced to more openly expose their bankruptcy and rottenness, while the masses push forward for rebellion and march more and more significantly forward. The obvious crisis of French imperialism, as one of Western Europe’s main imperialists and as one of the major exploiters of the peoples and nations of Africa, along with the massive and persistent protests against it, is a clear signal to anti-imperialists and revolutionary movements around the world. It is a spark, a spontaneous outbreak of just anger and hatred for exploitation and oppression. This spark can start a prairie fire and thus renew and consolidate the final ranks between the proletarian revolutionaries of the French state and the oppressed and bloodied peoples, nations, and colonies in Africa. With full clarity, the uprising in the French state demonstrates the need to fully incorporate the slogan: “Always put Proletarian Internationalism in the Forefront!” as a fundamental principle for communists.
Workers, youth, and the large portions of the masses of people in the French state are rebelling, and they fight tirelessly against the French bourgeoisie’s growing assaults, who wish to put their most recent economic and political crises more and more aggressively on the shoulders of the people. Against all attempts of intervention by the reactionaries, the bourgeoisie’s henchmen, the revisionists, and the opportunists, the situation arises where they cannot halt the rebellion of the masses in the long term or mislead it towards class collaboration. The more viable the communist forces are in striving for leadership in the midst of the class struggles, the more pressure there is on revisionists, and they are forced to express themselves more aggressively and prove that they are loyal counterparts of the union with reaction.
The mass protests show to broad degrees an incredibly battle-ready character, which forces French imperialism to openly show its reactionary and repressive face. Thousands have been arrested during the protests, and thousands more have been injured, along with a few assassinations. Thus, against the hopes of reaction, the protests have spread and the masses have shown even stronger their willingness and readiness to fight. The righteous struggle of the masses is the only righteous answer to the crime of imperialism!
For the most part, where the masses are guided by the leadership of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, principally Maoism, the struggle is able to progress, confirming the need to develop leadership. It is a part of the screaming necessity to fight for the reconstruction of the Communist Party of the French State, a party with a magnificent and glorious history, part of the introduction and evolution of the people’s war in an imperialist country*.
The vanguard, which today accepts the Herculean task of its reconstruction, the comrades from the Maoist Communist Party of the French State, stands in the midst of enormous mass protests. We express our great confidence and trust in the great strides they have taken up until now, and for the strides with will achieve in the future! Each and every day they show that they serve the people with their whole hearts, guided by the almighty proletarian ideology, Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, principally Maoism, marching against oppression and doing everything they can to return to the proletariat its glorious Communist Party! Our comrades in the French state are developing important work in the service of the Proletarian World Revolution, raise proletarian internationalism high in solidarity with the peoples and nations oppressed by French imperialism, and therefore make an important contribution to the international struggle of peoples and nations against imperialism!
We affirm our solidarity with our fighting comrades in the French state! We take it as our proletarian internationalist duty to join ranks tightly in the common struggle against imperialism! We take it as our duty as communists to spread their important struggle for the reconstruction of the Communist Party, to defend their advances and to learn from their model of reconstruction in the midst of great mass protests, in the heart of raging imperialism! We affirm out common intention to reify actions of class solidarity, of proletarian internationalism, with the proletariat in the French state and their vanguard, who are fighting for reconstruction and for spreading the glowing spark in our respective countries.
Forward in the reconstruction of the Maoist Communist Party of the French State!
Solidarity with the fighting masses in France! Death to imperialism!
Long live proletarian internationalism!
