Filter Nyheter wrote on July 30:
A 26 year old man who is an active member in the Nazi organization “The Nordic Resistance Movement” (DNM) was arrested by police on Sunday in Kristiansund after having assaulted a woman in her late 20s in the city’s center.
They write further on the Nazi:
In addition to being incredibly active in distributing Nazi propaganda in Nordmøre, the 26 year old has participated in a number of public neo-Nazi demonstrations in both Norway and Sweden in the past few years, along with some closed meetings. He has worn clothing with the DNM logo in public, has attempted to recruit others to the organization, and has earlier been featured in DNM’s own publications.
There are strong indications that the 26 year old Nazi is Martin Kvisvik Steigedal from Kristiansund.
The woman tells Filter Nyheter that she was assaulted at a bus stop shortly after declining to take his racist propaganda.
According to Filter Nyheter, the Nazi (who has remained anonymous in their article) was one of those who had been attacked by “left-extremists” in Fredrikstad last year after one of the Nazis’ demonstrations. The attack was also earlier mentioned by Filter Nyheter in a number of incitement articles against militant anti-fascists.
Below are images of the Nazi: the first is from his profile on VK.com and the second is from AFA Research.
The article also mentions that the Nazi attended the action shirtless and that he has earlier been convicted for possession of over 100 grams of hash.
