In the past few weeks, there has been an increase in armed actions in Northern Ireland directed against the British occupation. A journalist was shot during a demonstration. NRK reports that the organization that has taken responsibility for the action has apologized for the incident in a statement where they write that
In an article in Morgenbladet, Jostein Henriksen (writer, fly-fisher, and editor of the online newspaper Oppstrøms) has written commentary on an exhaustive report from the UN Environmental Programme (IPBES) on the environmental condition. Our readers should read the report in its entirety and the conclusion reached by the UN environmental panel must stir you to action against capitalism.
Tjen Folket Media has received images of graffiti in Oslo commemorating the Day of Heroism, June 19. This adds to a series of international actions to observe the day.
Iran is much stronger and a much more challenging goal then these aforementioned countries, and US imperialism will quickly find itself in a quagmire of defeat and problems. In the streets of Tehran sounds the Farsi slogan Marg bar Āmrikā (“Death to America”), the prophetic words foretelling the future for the US.

The war in Yemen is an imperialist war, where the imperialist US is fighting Iran’s allied militant groups by proxy through Saudi Arabia. The imperialist ravages of war have cost over 90,000 lives and have created a starvation catastrophe that has killed 85,000 children and has led to food insecurity for another 10 million people.
It is in the context of this modern revisionist breakthrough that we must consider the so-called “anti-monopolistic strategy” of the Communist Party of Norway (NKP). In NKP’s program, the “anti-monopolistic strategy” remains the strategic main line. The “new” theory for a peaceful transition to socialism was thoroughly torn to pieces in AKP(ml)’s theoretical organs Røde Fane and Materialisten in the 1970s.
Military expenses in Norway are now at a record high, both for NATO countries and the world in general. Today, an estimated 1822 billion USD are used for the military. This is more than was spent during the so-called Cold War. Imperialism means a militarization of reaction. It means more war and more fascism. The author of this text discusses postmodernism’s influence on the modern school system from primary school to high school. One learns that there are no right or wrong answers. One must argue for and against everything. Finding the truth is often laid to the side in favor of working with words and arguments. This does not serve students or the proletariat. The bourgeoisie does not want the truth to be revealed for youth.
The reply is quite interesting. While the first text has to be read as a condemnation of the line of People’s War being universally applicable, his second text is kind of a retreat. It is even less clear than the first article on the the question of People’s War. While the question is raised to the level of the title, it is not clearly answered in the article itself. Not directly and beyond doubt that is. It is still impossible to read these texts as anything else than an attack on the universal applicability of Protracted People’s War, but the door is left with a tiny crack open.
